Do you need to return something? You have 14 working days from the delivery date to return items. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in the original packaging. To start a return, you can send an email to info@avoralia.com. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receiving the returned item. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Do you want a different size or color? We offer the possibility to exchange items. To do this, please follow the return procedure and indicate in your email what you would like to exchange.

Have you changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it.
